Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records & data entry, and supporting the financial operations of the company. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software.
- Invoice Processing: Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable invoices.
- Bank Reconciliation Support: Assist in reconciling bank statements.
- Document Filing: Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
- Expense Reporting Support: Assist in processing employee expense reports.
- General Ledger Support: Assist in maintaining general ledger entries.
- Basic Financial Reporting: Assist in generating basic financial reports.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- GST/TDS Assistance: Assist with basic GST/TDS data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Individuals with up to 1-2 year(s) of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer with expertise in Asterisk, C+/C++, Go Language and HTML to join our established team in Noida, India. You will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our voice and communication systems, contributing to our continued innovation and growth. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications concepts and the ability to work on complex, mission-critical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust software applications for voice and communication systems, leveraging Asterisk, C/C++, Go and HTML.
- Design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable software solutions that meet our clients’ rigorous requirements.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues, ensuring optimal system performance and stability.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, product managers, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality products.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Qualifications:

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Executive/Manager to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth within their respective territorial domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our voice and communication solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific business challenges, showcasing the value of Clixxo’s products and services.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals in close coordination with the Line Manager.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clixxo’s product portfolio and industry trends.
- Travel: Regular travel within the assigned territory is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communication Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the one’s territorial market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented person
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle would be an added qualification
