Clixxo’s product suite encompasses advanced offerings, including IP-PBX systems, telecommunications equipment, and enterprise-grade solutions such as EPABX systems. The company is an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified entity, reflecting its unwavering commitment to quality management, environmental responsibility, and information security. Clixxo’s products are also certified by the Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) under the Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communication & IT, Government of India. Additionally, Clixxo is a registered and assessed vendor on the Government E-Marketplace (GeM) and is recognized as a Trusted Source Indian Registered OEM by the National Security Council Secretariat (Trusted Telecom Cell).
Clixxo’s in-house capabilities are extensive, covering procurement planning, quality control, production and assembly, product acceptance testing, packaging, and dispatch. The company’s robust support centre provides centralised product support, software upgrades, hardware fault recognition, and component-level repairs and testing, ensuring seamless service and satisfaction for its customers.

Our Team
Founder and CEO, brings over 37 years of expertise in Finance and Management. His visionary leadership has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s product and service portfolio. He was the mastermind behind the highly successful Free EPABX business model with BSNL and MTNL. Anticipating market shifts, Pankaj spearheaded the transition from traditional TDM EPABX systems to cutting-edge IPPBX systems, guiding the company into its present success.
Chief Business Officer, boasts more than 30 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. His efforts have secured key accreditations from organisations such as DGS&D, GEM, TEC, and Trusted Telecom. An expert in tender business and channel development, Neeraj has also led major accounts, drawing on his extensive leadership experience with multinational corporations.
Chief Operating Officer, brings 28 years of operational expertise, overseeing inventory management, production, logistics, and field support. His diligent coordination ensures smooth backend operations and timely availability of critical components.
Chief Operating Officer, has over 22 years of experience across HR Management, Taxation, Accounting, and Banking. He has played an integral role in overseeing and managing these key areas within the company.
General Manager (Technical), with more than 27 years of technical expertise, has been instrumental in product validation, development, and support for telecom hardware and software. His contributions have significantly advanced the company’s technological offerings.
National Sales Manager, is responsible for driving profitable operations in the West and South Zones. With over 20 years of experience in telecom, Nitin expertly manages key accounts and has in-depth knowledge of telecom applications, including call centre solutions.
National Sales Manager, oversees operations in the North, East, and North East Zones, as well as the Tender Business. With over 20 years in the telecom industry, Sanjay leverages his vast knowledge to manage key accounts and ensure profitable growth.
